“Aloha pre workout” is an ambiguous search, but Alani Nu Aloha Pineapple is a documented pre-workout flavor. It should not automatically be interpreted as a tropical mood or an unnamed category of supplements. Check the brand and full product name before applying any ingredient information.
Alani Nu Aloha Pineapple: the documented label
The NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database record, entered July 27, 2021, identifies Alani Nu Pre-Workout Aloha Pineapple. Its manufacturer label image shows 30 servings and a one-scoop serving of 9.6 grams. Per scoop, it lists:
- 6 grams of L-citrulline malate 2:1.
- 1.6 grams of beta-alanine.
- 500 milligrams of L-tyrosine.
- 200 milligrams of caffeine from coffee extract.
- 200 milligrams of L-theanine.
The citrulline figure is the weight of citrulline malate, not 6 grams of pure L-citrulline. The caffeine row gives caffeine itself, so it should not be reduced again as though 200 milligrams were merely the coffee-extract weight.
Historical information has limits
This is a record of a particular label, not proof of current inventory, independent chemical testing or today’s formula. The current Alani Nu pre-workout page reviewed offers other flavors and did not list Aloha Pineapple among its flavor choices. That observation does not establish a formal discontinuation date or rule out remaining retailer stock.
For an older listing, request clear photographs of the actual container, its expiration date and complete panel. A familiar name or old stock image alone cannot confirm which version a seller will supply.
ALOHA protein products are a separate possibility
The ALOHA brand’s official store lists protein bars, mini bars, protein powders and drinks. Using one of those foods before exercise does not make it the Alani Nu supplement or give it the same caffeine and amino-acid profile.
The FDA advises counting caffeine from every source and notes that sensitivity varies. Neither pineapple flavor nor theanine guarantees freedom from sleep disruption or other caffeine effects. This guide identifies products and label differences; it does not claim personal taste testing, measured workout benefits or universal suitability.
