AminoLean Is an RSP Nutrition Product

RSP Nutrition’s AminoLean Energy Fruit Punch is a powdered amino-and-caffeine supplement. The displayed label lists two scoops (8.25 g) per serving, 30 servings per tub and 125 mg total caffeine from all sources.

Its 5 g amino acid blend includes taurine, glutamine, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, leucine, arginine and citrulline among other ingredients. Individual amounts are not disclosed, so 5 g is not the dose of each ingredient or a stated 5 g EAA dose. A separate 1 g weight-management blend includes L-carnitine L-tartrate, CLA, green tea and green coffee extracts.

Lean Marketing Needs Context

Amino acids do not automatically make a product a fat burner, and a thermogenic supplement does not replace a calorie deficit.

Bucked Up Comparison

Bucked Up Buck Naked capsules, the separate weight-management product discussed below. This photo does not show AminoLean.

Buck Naked is a separate capsule supplement marketed for weight management. Its three-capsule serving lists acetyl-L-carnitine, 150 mg paraxanthine, InnoSlim®, CaloriBurn GP® and other ingredients. Caffeine-free does not mean stimulant-free: Bucked Up cautions against combining it with high-stimulant formulas. LFG Burn is a different powdered pre-workout with 300 mg total caffeine per scoop. These are separate comparisons, not a recommendation to stack them with AminoLean.
