Babe Bikini: Capsule Ingredients and Paraxanthine

Affiliate disclosure: We may earn a commission from purchases through links on this page.

Babe Bikini is a 90-capsule dietary supplement with 30 labeled servings of three capsules. Its panel includes paraxanthine, so a caffeine-free description should not be read as a guarantee of no stimulant effects.

Amounts per three capsules

The manufacturer’s panel lists 1,000 mg acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 250 mg InnoSlim root blend, 150 mg enfinity paraxanthine, 100 mg berberine HCl, 100 mg L-theanine, 40 mg CaloriBurn GP grains-of-paradise extract, 30 mg cayenne powder, 5 mg BioPerine black-pepper extract and 24 mcg vitamin B12.

Other ingredients are a hypromellose capsule, rice flour and vegetable magnesium stearate. These label facts do not establish a calorie-burning percentage or a guaranteed weight-loss result.

Directions and combination checks

The manufacturer says not to take it within six hours of bedtime. Follow the directions on the actual bottle; caffeine-free does not establish that it will leave sleep unaffected.

Do not assume it can be combined with a caffeinated pre-workout simply because paraxanthine replaces caffeine. Ask a qualified health professional about suitability and supplement combinations, particularly if you take medication or have a health condition.
