BAMF Is Bucked Up’s Nootropic High-Stim Pre

BAMF lists 333 mg caffeine with 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 125 mg Cognizin® citicoline, 63 mg Dynamine™ at 40% methylliberine, 50 mcg Huperzine A and 100 mg N-acetyl L-tyrosine in its current ingredient section. The Dynamine amount corresponds to about 25.2 mg methylliberine, not 63 mg pure methylliberine. Other manufacturer sections still name AlphaSize instead of Cognizin, so check the exact flavor panel rather than combining different descriptions.

Who It Fits

BAMF is marketed as a high-stimulant focus formula, but experience with caffeine does not establish suitability or prove a cognitive benefit from this combination. A lower-caffeine option or no stimulant may better fit some people; there is no need to progress toward 333 mg as a training goal.

The FDA’s 400 mg daily caffeine reference for most adults is not a recommended single dose or a guarantee for stimulant mixtures. Sensitivity varies. NIH reviews the limits of exercise-supplement evidence; ingredient research does not establish the effectiveness of every combination.
