Seeing deer-antler velvet on a Bucked Up label does not tell you how much IGF-1 a serving contains or delivers. Those are separate questions from the weight of extract printed in Supplement Facts.

Three different kinds of evidence
Ingredient amount: the reviewed Miami panel lists 50 mg deer-antler velvet extract per serving. It does not label that amount as 50 mg IGF-1.
Composition and exposure: quantifying a hormone in a specific batch requires analytical evidence; showing that ingestion delivers it into the bloodstream requires a separate measurement. Neither follows from extract weight alone.
Practical outcomes: even a biological mechanism does not establish that a particular supplement improves strength, recovery or muscle growth.
Product formulas are not interchangeable
The official gallery labels for WOKE AF and BAMF should be read as their own formulas, not as evidence that all Bucked Up products deliver a common IGF-1 dose. The same distinction applies to the Deer Antler Velvet Spray product format.
What the human studies can support
An exercise trial in rowers found no additional hormonal or performance benefit with the tested antler preparation. Earlier research in active men produced mixed strength findings that its authors considered inconsistent. These results do not validate a broad IGF-1 performance claim for every product containing velvet.
A 2026 trial involving chronic fatigue reported improvements in some measures with a specialized enzyme-derived extract. It did not test these pre-workouts or prove that a labeled amount of ordinary velvet extract delivers a particular IGF-1 exposure.
When reading the spray listing or comparing a different supplement such as Buck Feed Original Protein, separate the actual ingredient panel from advertising about hormones or recovery. Product names and shopping links are not clinical evidence. Check the purchased container’s directions and warnings.
