Start with the exact product name

Bucked Up is a brand with several different formulas. The Original, WOKE AF, BAMF and PUMP-OCALYPSE do not have interchangeable ingredient panels. This guide starts with Original Bucked Up Pre-Workout; use the label on your particular tub if its flavor or formula differs.

Original formula: the useful numbers

The current manufacturer page lists 6,000 mg citrulline malate 2:1, 2,000 mg beta-alanine and 200 mg caffeine per serving. It also lists an alpha-GPC ingredient, taurine, salt, deer antler velvet extract, AstraGin, Senactiv and vitamin B12. These are label descriptions, not proof that the complete mixture improves every advertised outcome.

  • Citrulline malate is a mixture. Six grams of it should not be described as six grams of pure L-citrulline.
  • Caffeine is a separate decision. Include coffee, energy drinks and other supplements in your total. A familiar brand does not make a dose appropriate for everyone.
  • Beta-alanine is not a tingle test. Tingling does not measure workout quality or show that a dose is working immediately.
  • Creatine-free matters. Original does not supply a daily creatine dose; do not assume all pre-workouts do.

What changes across the range?

BAMF is a higher-stimulant option, while PUMP-OCALYPSE is sold as stimulant-free. Compare actual panels rather than combining ingredients from all three into one imaginary scoop. Likewise, paraxanthine is not a reason to describe a formula as stimulant-free.

Turn the label into a buying decision

Write down serving size, stimulant amounts, ingredients you already take and total cost per labeled serving. If your main need is staying awake for late training, reconsider whether a stimulant is worth its effect on sleep. A longer ingredient list is not automatically a better fit.
