Miami formula example
The panel gives one 10.6 g scoop and 30 servings. Selected amounts are 6 g citrulline malate (2:1), 2 g beta-alanine, 200 mg GPCgold alpha-GPC material at 50%, 100 mg taurine, 100 mg Himalayan rock salt and 50 mg deer-antler velvet extract.
It also lists 25 mg each of AstraGin and Senactiv, 100 mcg vitamin B12, 1 g carbohydrate and 45 mg sodium. The 6 g citrulline-malate amount is not 6 g pure L-citrulline.
Before using it
The manufacturer says not to exceed one scoop in 24 hours, to limit caffeine from other sources, and not to use it if pregnant, nursing or under 18. Read the full container warnings.
