C4 Ultimate: identify the generation first

This guide covers the U.S. fifth-generation C4 Ultimate powder in Frozen Bombsicle flavor. Its reviewed panel specifies a 20 g serving, approximately one level scoop, and 20 servings per tub. The label and manufacturer page were checked October 12, 2026.

How much caffeine is in C4 Ultimate?

The fifth-generation facts panel declares 300 mg caffeine anhydrous. It separately lists 50 mg methylliberine as Dynamine and 10 mg theacrine as TeaCrine. Their combined weights should not be reported as a caffeine total.

Other entries include 1 g L-tyrosine, 5 mg Huperzia serrata extract standardized to 1% huperzine A, and 1 mg Rauwolfia vomitoria root-bark extract. The 5 mg extract is not 5 mg pure huperzine A.

Read the performance ingredients precisely

  • CarnoSyn beta-alanine: 3.2 g.
  • Velox: 3 g L-citrulline and 3 g L-arginine.
  • Betaine anhydrous: 1.25 g.
  • PeptiPump bioactive lentil peptides: 200 mg.
  • Creatine nitrate: 1.5 g.

Velox’s two amino acids should remain separate in comparisons. Likewise, creatine nitrate’s compound weight is not a declared dose of creatine monohydrate. Cellucor notes that beta-alanine benefits relate to cumulative use; immediate tingles cannot establish that a workout was more productive.

Why older labels look different

Older C4 Ultimate material describes a different formula. A familiar brand name, similar tub or matching caffeine number is insufficient to show equivalence. Compare generation, market, flavor and serving weight. Ultimate cans also need their own labels.

Warnings and a useful buying comparison

Cellucor restricts this product to healthy adults aged 18 or older and warns against combining it with other caffeine or stimulants. Its medication and health-condition warnings deserve careful review, including restrictions for pregnancy, nursing, nitrates and erectile-dysfunction medicines.

Choose a formula by its complete panel and suitability, then compare delivered cost for the labeled servings. The NIH overview explains why ingredient research alone cannot predict a finished blend’s benefits or risks. This is a label review, not evidence of superior pumps, flavor or strength gains.
