Thavage: Identify the Flavor and Scoop Column
RAW Nutrition’s Thavage is associated with Chris Bumstead, but the name alone does not identify one formula. This review uses the manufacturer’s posted Blackberry Lemonade panel: one 13.4 g scoop or two 26.8 g scoops, giving 40 or 20 servings. It is not the separate Thuper Thavage product.
What the Larger Label Column Contains
For two scoops, that panel lists 6 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine, 2 g each L-tyrosine and taurine, and 1.5 g Nitrosigine. It also lists 1 g agmatine sulfate, 500 mg coconut water powder and 400 mg alpha-GPC 50% material. The last amount is not 400 mg pure alpha-GPC.
But Bigger Is Not Automatically Better
The Blackberry panel combines 260 mg caffeine anhydrous and 64 mg di-caffeine malate at 74% caffeine in two scoops: approximately 307 mg total caffeine, or 154 mg in one scoop. Adding the ingredient masses would incorrectly give 324 mg. RAW’s Cherry Lime Slush panel instead explicitly totals 305 mg for two scoops, while page copy advertises 200 mg. Verify the exact flavor and lot rather than merging these disclosures.
Compare Portions, Not “Advanced” User Categories
A 40-scoop tub gives 20 two-scoop portions; use the same portion basis when comparing cost. The larger label column is a comparison basis, not advice to increase the dose. Training experience, tolerance and scoop size do not establish safety or effectiveness.
BAMF as the Bucked Up Comparison
BAMF’s inspected Franken Juice panel lists 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 125 mg Cognizin per 12 g scoop, plus 63 mg Dynamine material at 40% methylliberine and 50 mcg huperzine A. The Dynamine amount is not pure methylliberine. Other BAMF copy names AlphaSize, so do not merge versions. Thavage’s L-citrulline and BAMF’s citrulline malate are different ingredient forms; these labels do not prove pump or focus superiority.
