What is Deer Antler Spray HERS?
HERS is the women-marketed version of Bucked Up’s deer antler spray. Its name does not establish a female-specific performance benefit. Before considering it, there is an important practical question: which formula is actually being sold?
The manufacturer’s descriptions differ
The current His product page also publishes a HERS formula: a 1,000 mg proprietary mixture containing deer antler extract, collagen type II, biotin, green tea extract, vitamin C, arginine, epimedium and other ingredients. It does not give their individual amounts.
However, the brand’s August 2025 women’s-spray article describes rhodiola, ashwagandha and branched-chain amino acids alongside some overlapping ingredients. These descriptions cannot be combined into one verified formula. The linked category currently displays His and a bulk bundle, so confirm HERS availability and request the exact Supplement Facts before ordering.
What benefits are established?
The evidence reviewed does not establish that the finished HERS spray reduces soreness, repairs connective tissue, improves immunity or changes hair and skin. A frequently cited deer-antler training study involved men and different preparations. It cannot demonstrate how this women’s spray performs.
Collagen’s name alone also does not identify the form and amount studied for a particular outcome. For biotin, NIH describes limited evidence for beauty claims, especially in people without a deficiency. A small proprietary blend is not evidence that each component matches a researched dose.

Babe Pre-Workout and Bucked Up Pre-Workout are separate formulas. Their availability does not establish that adding HERS improves results. Compare their current labels and total stimulant intake rather than assuming products marketed together have been tested together.
Directions and precautions
The shared spray page lists five sprays per serving but six sprays in its usage directions. Do not guess a schedule. Ask Bucked Up which instructions apply to your exact bottle.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medications or a medical condition warrant clinician review before using a multi-ingredient botanical supplement. Tell clinicians about biotin-containing products before laboratory testing. Tested athletes should also review USADA’s deer-antler warning; women’s branding does not remove the IGF-1 concern.

Bottom line: Resolve the formula and directions first. Current evidence is too limited to promise HERS-specific recovery, beauty or hormone effects.
