Which GAT Nitraflex are you comparing?
Nitraflex is a product family, not one universal formula. This guide focuses on GAT Sport Nitraflex Advanced, using the manufacturer’s current Blue Raspberry listing checked October 11, 2026. Nitraflex Sport, Chews, Burn and Burn Enhanced should be checked separately.
That distinction matters more than the brand comparison. A review of an older formula or a different product can give you the wrong caffeine number, serving size or ingredient list.
What the Advanced page discloses
GAT lists 325 mg caffeine and 1,000 mg Nitrosigine per scoop for Nitraflex Advanced. These are selected declared amounts, not a complete transcription of every ingredient on the flavor-specific Supplement Facts panel.
Nitrosigine is an inositol-stabilized arginine silicate ingredient. Its weight should not be treated as an equal amount of pure citrulline or free arginine. If another ingredient appears within a blend without an individual amount, do not guess its dose from the order of the list.
GAT also markets the formula with boron-related claims. The product page is evidence of what the manufacturer says, not independent proof that this finished product raises testosterone meaningfully, produces more muscle or breaks a training plateau.
Why version control changes the numbers
The separate Nitraflex Burn Enhanced page lists 350 mg caffeine, 4 g L-citrulline and 3.2 g beta-alanine. Those figures describe Burn Enhanced and must not be copied into an Advanced review.
Use the full product name, flavor, serving definition and actual tub panel when comparing a retail listing. If the seller’s image and description disagree, ask for the current label before buying rather than choosing whichever numbers look more attractive.
How the linked Bucked Up alternatives differ
WOKE AF
WOKE AF lists 333 mg caffeine, plus dendrobium and synephrine. Its manufacturer also lists 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 3.2 g beta-alanine. The caffeine amount is close to Advanced’s 325 mg, but the additional ingredients mean the formulas are not interchangeable.
A similar caffeine total does not establish equivalent tolerability, focus or performance. Nor does a disclosed ingredient list prove that WOKE AF is a better choice for cutting body fat or improving personal records.
Mother Bucker
Mother Bucker lists 400 mg total caffeine, comprising 300 mg anhydrous and 100 mg delayed-release caffeine. The same page lists 6.4 g beta-alanine, 4 g L-citrulline and 1.5 g Nitrosigine, along with other ingredients including rauwolscine.
This changes both stimulant exposure and the rest of the formula. It is not an obvious substitution for someone who found Advanced too stimulating. More ingredients or larger amounts do not establish superior finished-product results.
Compare the things you can actually verify
- Serving: use the labeled serving for each product, not an arbitrary scoop-to-scoop comparison.
- Stimulants: check caffeine and the rest of the stimulant list, plus any other products you use.
- Ingredient forms: keep citrulline malate, pure L-citrulline and Nitrosigine separate.
- Price: compare delivered cost per labeled serving and identify recurring-purchase prices.
- Evidence: distinguish a study on an ingredient from a trial of the exact finished formula.
Follow the product-specific warnings
GAT’s Advanced directions limit use to one scoop in 24 hours and say not to combine it with alcohol or other stimulants. The page excludes under-18s, pregnancy or nursing, and people with medical conditions or prescription-medication use. Read the complete label; do not use a general comparison article to override it.

Bottom line: Start with the exact Nitraflex version. Advanced’s disclosed numbers support a factual comparison, while no head-to-head evidence here establishes that WOKE AF or Mother Bucker delivers better results.
