God of Rage is a Centurion Labz product. The current official listing names it GOD OF RAGE UNCHAINED. Treating that name as a generic synonym for strong pre-workout misses the actual formula and its substantial stimulant load. This review concerns the manufacturer’s posted 2026 panel, not every older tub bearing the name.
The posted panel calculates to 425 mg caffeine
The 2026 Supplement Facts image identifies one 17.8 g serving and 25 servings per container. It lists 325 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 135 mg Infinergy di-caffeine malate explicitly yielding 100 mg caffeine. Those declarations calculate to 425 mg caffeine per labeled serving, rather than 325 mg or 460 mg. This is label arithmetic, not an independent laboratory measurement.
The same panel lists 6 g L-citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 3 g glycerol monostearate. Six grams of citrulline malate should not be reported as six grams of pure L-citrulline.
The version change matters
Centurion’s product page says it replaced synephrine HCl with p-synephrine in March 2026. The posted panel specifies 300 mg bitter-orange extract standardized to a minimum 25% p-synephrine, corresponding to at least 75 mg p-synephrine by label calculation. It also lists theobromine, N-phenethyl dimethylamine citrate, yohimbine HCl and alpha-yohimbine/rauwolscine material.
Consequently, an older review or familiar flavor cannot identify the exact stimulant combination in a newly purchased tub. Match the rear label and batch information before interpreting any online ingredient list.
Disclosure does not establish safety or approval
A 425 mg serving already exceeds the FDA’s general 400 mg daily reference for most adults, before other caffeine. That reference is not a personal safety threshold, and it does not validate combinations of stimulants. More stimulation does not establish better training.
NCCIH describes inconclusive cardiovascular safety evidence for bitter-orange supplements. It also reports serious risks associated with yohimbine. These concerns cannot be dismissed by a no-crash claim or someone else’s tolerance.
The FDA substance record for N-phenethyl dimethylamine expressly warns that a substance identifier does not imply regulatory review or approval. A label entry or registry match likewise does not establish that this finished product is permitted in your sport or jurisdiction. This review does not resolve that regulatory question.
Have a qualified clinician review the complete panel if you take medication or have a health condition. This article provides no dosing, stacking or tolerance-escalation advice and makes no performance recommendation for this multi-stimulant formula.
