Gorilla refers to a supplement brand and product line
For shoppers, “Gorilla pre workout” commonly points to Gorilla Mind’s Gorilla Mode products. It should not be reduced to a vague description of an intense workout. Two important names are caffeinated Gorilla Mode and stimulant-free Gorilla Mode Nitric. Confirm the complete name before comparing a tub or retailer listing.
Current Gorilla Mode label snapshot
The manufacturer-hosted Cherry Blackout panel lists one scoop at approximately 20.3 g, with 40 one-scoop servings. Two scoops weigh 40.6 g and provide 20 uses per container. Its one-scoop and two-scoop columns disclose:
- Caffeine anhydrous: 200 mg / 400 mg
- L-citrulline: 5 g / 10 g
- Creatine monohydrate: 2.5 g / 5 g
- L-tyrosine: 2.5 g / 5 g
- Betaine anhydrous: 2 g / 4 g
- HydroPrime glycerol powder: 2 g / 4 g
HydroPrime is listed as 65% glycerol powder, so its ingredient weight is not the amount of pure glycerol. The panel also lists vitamins, minerals, Alpha-GPC and huperzine A. These facts describe this version; older formula reviews should not be silently combined with them.
Where Nitric differs
Gorilla Mode Nitric is the stimulant-free option. Its separate Volcano Burst label also lists creatine, including 2.5 g at one scoop and 5 g at two. It carries a milk allergen statement associated with its casein-derived ingredient. Check its own label rather than assuming that removing caffeine is the only difference.
Choose a serving basis before comparing value
A headline of 40 servings becomes 20 uses at two scoops. Work out cost using the amount you intend to take, and count included creatine before automatically adding more. Mixing products can duplicate ingredients even when only one contains caffeine.
Gorilla Mode’s 400 mg two-scoop caffeine amount equals the FDA’s general daily reference for most adults; it is not a recommended single dose or a guarantee of tolerance. Follow the container’s warnings and include other caffeine sources. This is a manufacturer-label comparison, not a hands-on claim about flavor, pump intensity or improved performance.
