High-Stim Starts With More Than a Number
Caffeine is the easiest benchmark, but a 300 mg formula with synephrine or rauwolscine can feel more aggressive than a plain 350 mg caffeine product.
200 mg: Moderate for Many Users
The manufacturer lists Bucked Up Original at 200 mg caffeine per serving. That is lower than the other products compared here, but it can still affect sleep or cause unwanted effects. A product’s position within one brand’s range does not establish a universally suitable dose.
333 mg: Clearly High-Stim
BAMF and WOKE AF both use 333 mg caffeine. BAMF leans toward nootropic focus; WOKE AF adds a more aggressive stimulant profile with synephrine.

400 mg: A High Total With Additional Stimulants
Mother Bucker combines 300 mg immediate caffeine with 100 mg delayed-release caffeine and 2 mg rauwolscine. That is a very different use case from a 200 mg daily driver.
Strongest Is Not Always Best
Increasing caffeine does not guarantee better training. Compare every stimulant, serving size and warning, and include caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements. The Mother Bucker manufacturer page says not to exceed one serving in 24 hours or consume caffeine from other sources while using it.
The NIH supplement overview discusses variable responses and adverse effects from performance supplements. If you take medication, have a health condition or are unsure whether a stimulant blend fits you, ask a qualified clinician. A high-stim label is not a training milestone to work toward.
