What the current WOKE AF page tells us
The regular WOKE AF manufacturer page lists 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 3.2 g beta-alanine per serving, plus dendrobium and synephrine. That current listing does not authenticate the formula or expiration date of an older clearance tub.
Citrulline malate includes both citrulline and malate; 6 g of that ingredient is not 6 g of pure L-citrulline. Beta-alanine can cause tingling, but that sensation does not show how much a workout will improve.
