Nitraflex is a GAT Sport product family. This guide focuses on Nitraflex Advanced powder, the current product at the manufacturer’s main Nitraflex pre-workout listing. Sport, Burn and Chews have their own formulas, so the family name alone is not enough to identify a serving.
Reading the Advanced panel
The manufacturer’s Blue Raspberry panel lists one 10 g scoop, 30 servings and 325 mg caffeine anhydrous. It groups ingredients into two blends:
- A 3,700 mg blend containing L-citrulline, Nitrosigine, resveratrol and pterostilbene.
- A 2,621 mg blend containing beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, caffeine, DMAE, L-theanine and Rauwolfia vomitoria root extract.
It also lists 200 mg boron citrate. That is the named compound’s amount, not a declaration of 200 mg elemental boron. The product page separately identifies 1,000 mg Nitrosigine. These disclosures still leave some individual ingredient amounts unspecified.
What those disclosures do and do not establish
A blend total cannot tell you the exact quantity of every component. For example, do not assign the full 3,700 mg to citrulline or estimate Rauwolfia content from where it appears in the list. Comparing a partially disclosed formula with a fully itemized panel requires acknowledging the missing information.
Similarly, hormone-support marketing should not be treated as proof that taking this finished powder will meaningfully raise an individual’s testosterone or improve libido. An ingredient’s presence and a claimed mechanism are different from a demonstrated outcome in the product and population being discussed.
Caffeine and the manufacturer’s restrictions
GAT limits use to one scoop in 24 hours and says to avoid use within five hours of bedtime. Its warnings exclude people under 18, pregnancy or nursing, medical conditions and prescription-medication use, and warn against other caffeine or stimulants. Read the full current warnings rather than treating a suggested tolerance portion as clearance for everyone.
The FDA notes that caffeine sensitivity varies. A familiar daily caffeine guideline cannot guarantee that a 325 mg serving, particularly a multi-ingredient formula, is appropriate for you.
Before comparing offers
Match the exact product name, flavor, panel and serving count. Then compare the cost of that labeled serving and decide whether the undisclosed amounts meet your needs. This is a manufacturer-label review, with no hands-on assessment of flavor, perceived energy or training results.
