What is NO Xplode?
BSN N.O.-XPLODE is a specific pre-workout product family. This guide covers the standard U.S. product, checked October 12, 2026. BSN lists VASO and Cool Rush separately; their names do not establish the same formula.
For the standard product, BSN declares 275 mg caffeine and 1.8 g beta-alanine per serving. These are manufacturer amounts, not an independent laboratory result or a promise of better workouts.
The current 16-serving panel
The published Blue Raz Supplement Facts image specifies 16 servings and an 18.5 g scoop. Several active ingredients appear within named blends:
- Myogenic Matrix: 5.1 g, including creatine monohydrate and taurine.
- Endura Shot: 2.9 g, including beta-alanine and buffering ingredients.
- Thermic Energy: 1.3 g, including tyrosine ingredients and caffeine anhydrous.
- N.O. Alpha Fusion: 1 g, including L-citrulline malate and botanicals.
- Shock Composite: 290 mg, including DMAE bitartrate and other ingredients.
The blend weights do not disclose every component’s dose. For example, 5.1 g Myogenic Matrix cannot be called 5.1 g creatine, and 1 g Alpha Fusion cannot be called 1 g citrulline. The separately stated caffeine amount remains the useful caffeine reference.
Package size and photograph are separate checks
BSN’s page includes 16-, 30- and 60-serving options and images. The photograph here is genuine Blue Raz 30-serving, 555 g packaging. The detailed facts reference above is the separately published 16-serving panel. Do not infer complete formula equivalence or current stock from the photograph, and inspect the actual container before buying.
Mixing instructions: stir rather than shake
BSN directs mixing one scoop with 4–6 fluid ounces of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Its instructions explicitly say to stir and avoid shaking. Check the directions and warnings on your own version rather than copying another product’s mixing routine.
Compare disclosed facts
Review total caffeine exposure, serving count and the final delivered price. Undisclosed blend components limit precise dose comparisons. The NIH sports-supplement overview also cautions against assuming that ingredient studies establish a multi-ingredient product’s results.
