Which Ora Organic pre-workout is this?

This guide covers Renewable Energy, Raspberry Lemonade, 20 servings. The pictured tub states 90 mg caffeine per serving. Ora’s current product page includes both this product and FAQ wording about a 180 mg Renewable Energy Plus version, so those numbers should not be mixed.

The Raspberry Lemonade label

The current Supplement Facts image uses a 10 g scoop. It lists 35 calories, 9 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber and 6 g total sugar, including 5 g added sugar from organic coconut sugar. Sodium is 15 mg and potassium is 50 mg.

Its three grouped ingredient amounts are:

  • Energy and electrolyte blend, 6.2 g: coconut sugar, coconut-water powder, green coffee bean, matcha green tea and yerba mate.
  • Nitric oxide blend, 1.5 g: pomegranate-juice powder and beet-root juice powder.
  • Focus and endurance adaptogens blend, 385 mg: ashwagandha, rhodiola root, Panax ginseng and maca root.

Individual doses inside those blends are not disclosed. For example, 385 mg is the combined four-herb amount, not 385 mg of each herb. The panel does not list creatine, beta-alanine or citrulline.

What does organic tell you?

The packaging bears organic and vegan certification marks. Those describe product standards, not proof that this exact mixture improves training or that it cannot cause side effects. The modest electrolyte figures also deserve attention before treating this as a dedicated hydration product.

Natural caffeine still counts as caffeine. The FDA explains that its safety does not change simply because it comes from plants. A 90 mg serving may suit someone seeking less caffeine than many pre-workouts, but it does not guarantee a jitter-free experience.

Version checks and use

Ora suggests one scoop around 30 minutes before exercise and favors morning or early-afternoon use. Match those instructions with your own package. The page’s older customer-answer text also mentions a different carbohydrate profile; the photographed 10 g label above is the basis for this guide.

For a pregnancy, medication or health-condition question, review the entire formula with a qualified clinician. The caffeine amount alone cannot establish whether a multi-herb supplement is appropriate.

Bottom line

Renewable Energy is a lower-caffeine, plant-based blend with disclosed blend totals and added sugar. Choose it based on that actual profile rather than assuming that organic ingredients make every dose transparent or guarantee stronger performance.
