Project-1 is a pre-workout from 1st Phorm. The current standard version is marketed as a lower-stimulant formula, while Project-1 Pro is a distinct higher-stimulant option. Older reviews may describe a previous formulation, so start with the current label rather than the name alone.
What the current Project-1 page lists
The manufacturer’s standard Project-1 page describes 200 mg caffeine, 300 mg Alpha GPC, 6 g citrulline, 5 g creatine monohydrate, and 3.2 g beta-alanine. It also names VasoDrive-AP and Phyt02 among the ingredients.
In its comparison FAQ, 1st Phorm says Project-1 Pro adds 150 mg caffeine and 2.5 mg yohimbine relative to standard Project-1. The Pro designation is therefore meaningful; it should not be treated as a packaging difference or used interchangeably in an ingredient table.
How to evaluate the all-in-one approach
Combining several ingredients in one powder can simplify a routine, but it also ties those ingredients to a fixed serving. If you want creatine without caffeine on another day, taking extra pre-workout is not a sensible workaround. Review your overall supplement plan rather than assessing each container in isolation.
For price comparisons, use the exact product’s serving count and the amount you intend to take. Do not compare a discounted recurring order with a competitor’s one-time purchase without acknowledging the commitment. A convenient formula is only good value if its contents and purchase terms match what you actually want.
Lower stimulant does not mean stimulant-free
The standard product still contains caffeine. Its warning says not to combine it with other caffeine-containing products and specifies a healthy-adult age range of 21–55. Read the full container warning for medical conditions, medications, and other exclusions rather than relying on a general pre-workout guide.
Follow the product-specific mixing and serving instructions. Do not increase the dose to chase a stronger sensation, and do not assume that switching to Pro is an appropriate response when ordinary training feels difficult. A named ingredient and a larger dose do not establish that the finished product will deliver better results for every user.
Before replacing an older tub
- Match standard Project-1 versus Project-1 Pro
- Compare the current panel with the old container rather than assuming no change
- Check total caffeine, additional stimulants, and serving weight
- Review other products for duplicate ingredients
- Confirm the flavor and seller’s actual stock
Project-1 can be assessed as a specific multi-ingredient formula. This guide verifies its identity and label differences; it does not promise a particular workout experience or claim hands-on product testing.
