Which ProSupps HYDE Nightmare is this?
ProSupps currently lists Mr. HYDE Nightmare V2. This label-based comparison uses its U.S. 30-serving panel and Jawbreaker packaging. The panel specifies one 13.26 g scoop. HYDE is a product family, so another HYDE product, older review or overseas listing is not a reliable substitute for this exact formula.
Nightmare V2 ingredients per scoop
The manufacturer’s Supplement Facts declares:
- 6,000 mg L-citrulline and 3,200 mg beta-alanine.
- 250 mg acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 100 mg alpha-GPC and 100 mg L-theanine.
- 300 mg total caffeine: 125 mg tea-derived caffeine, 100 mg caffeine anhydrous and 75 mg coffee-derived caffeine.
- 250 mg Himalayan rock salt, with 80 mg sodium separately declared.
The three caffeine entries add up to 300 mg. The 9,200 mg performance-matrix heading is the sum of citrulline and beta-alanine, not an extra ingredient dose. Likewise, the declared sodium is supplied by the salt; those weights should not be added as separate salt servings. No creatine is listed on this Nightmare panel.
How Signature V2 differs
For a concrete comparison, the HYDE Signature V2 30-serving panel lists 200 mg caffeine, 3 g L-citrulline, 2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g creatine monohydrate, 1 g betaine and 1 g L-tyrosine per 12.62 g scoop. Signature therefore has less caffeine per single scoop and includes creatine; Nightmare has different ingredient priorities.
Signature’s separate two-scoop column doubles its caffeine to 400 mg. Comparing that column with Nightmare’s one-scoop column without identifying the portions would be misleading. This is a formula comparison, not a recommendation to double either product or combine them.
What the numbers can tell you
Use the intended portion, usable servings and checkout price when comparing value. Verify the shipped tub’s version and flavor, especially if a seller’s photo and ingredient list disagree. Jawbreaker’s flavor ingredients include sucralose and beet-root coloring; other flavors have their own lists.
Ingredient disclosure does not establish that one finished blend produces better workouts. NIH’s supplement review cautions that evidence for individual ingredients cannot establish the effects of an untested combination. This article reports label details, not taste testing or independent purity analysis. Read the container’s restrictions before use; a higher caffeine number is not a reason to choose a product.
