What’s in PureForm?
The manufacturer’s PureForm page lists 6 g L-citrulline plus 2 g malic acid, 200 mg caffeine, 200 mg L-theanine and 3 g L-tyrosine per serving. This is a label-based comparison, not a hands-on taste or performance test.
How to Compare the Label Fairly
PureForm’s 6 g of L-citrulline is listed separately from its 2 g of malic acid. That is not the same quantity as 6 g of a citrulline-malate mixture. Compare the actual ingredient amounts rather than treating both front-label gram totals as interchangeable.
The manufacturer also says PureForm contains maltodextrin and that its L-tyrosine is animal-derived, so it is not vegan. Those details may matter more to your decision than the phrase “natural.” Caffeine sensitivity and sleep timing still matter at 200 mg; a promise of smooth energy cannot predict your individual response.
