Which Recon product are you looking for?
Older Recon Nutrition products are easy to confuse. Stack3d’s 2015 coverage described Ambush as a pre-workout and Thermonuke as a flavored thermogenic. Its 2017 report identified WMD as a new pre-workout planned for a relaunch. These are historical reports, not confirmation that those formulas are currently sold.
Check the exact label before buying
We have not verified a current official Recon product label or stock listing. Ask the seller for the complete Supplement Facts panel, serving size, stimulant amounts, expiry date and manufacturer details. Do not use an old review or front-of-tub photo as dosing guidance.
Current Bucked Up options to compare
Bucked Up Original is listed by the manufacturer with 200 mg caffeine per serving. BAMF is listed with 333 mg caffeine, AlphaSize, Dynamine and Huperzine A. The current Original product page and BAMF product page are the sources for these comparisons. Check your selected product’s label; this is not a hands-on test or a claim that either replaces a specific Recon formula.
Caffeine and safety
Count caffeine from coffee, energy drinks and other supplements together. The FDA cites 400 mg per day for most adults as an amount not generally associated with negative effects, but individual sensitivity varies. This is not a target or a guarantee that a particular supplement is safe. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding. Follow the product’s age restrictions and warnings.
