REDCON1 Pre-Workout: TOTAL WAR Label and Caffeine Explained

“Red Con 1 pre workout” usually refers to the brand REDCON1. For a useful comparison, identify the product as well. The formula below is TOTAL WAR powder, using the manufacturer’s Blue Raspberry Supplement Facts image reviewed on October 12, 2026. It does not describe every REDCON1 product or every past label.

What the Blue Raspberry panel shows

The label specifies one 14.5 g scoop and 30 servings. Its disclosed amounts include 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1 g agmatine sulfate and 1 g taurine. It also lists 50 mg theobromine along with botanical extracts.

Why 250 plus 100 does not mean 350 mg caffeine

The panel contains 250 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100 mg di-caffeine malate, which it says provides 70 mg caffeine. The resulting stated caffeine total is 320 mg. Adding the full ingredient weights would incorrectly count the malate component as caffeine.

REDCON1’s page uses “L-citrulline” in one marketing section, but the photographed panel identifies citrulline malate 2:1. For this comparison, use the exact label’s ingredient form rather than silently treating the two as equivalent.

How to compare it with Bucked Up

Compare current panels at their labeled servings. GNC’s Original Bucked Up Watermelon listing shows 200 mg caffeine, while the manufacturer’s standard WOKE AF page states 333 mg. Those numbers describe specific formulas, not a ranking of effectiveness or a recommendation to seek the largest dose.

Also compare stimulant ingredients beyond caffeine, serving weight, ingredient forms, warnings and total cost per intended serving. Brand names and a similar flavor do not make products interchangeable. This article does not claim personal testing, superior taste or a head-to-head performance winner.

Keep the comparison practical

Count other caffeine sources and avoid stacking stimulant powders. Follow the package instructions and consider sleep, medications and medical conditions before use. FDA’s general caffeine guidance is not an assurance that a particular blend is suitable for every adult.
