REIGN Pre Workout: Energy Drink Labels and Caffeine Comparisons

Which REIGN drink do you mean?

REIGN is an energy-drink brand, not a single universal pre-workout formula. Identify the product line, can size and country before comparing caffeine or other ingredients with a powder. A ready-to-drink can and a scoop of supplement powder are different serving formats.

The official U.S. REIGN Total Body Fuel listing, checked October 13, 2026, states 300 mg caffeine per 16 oz can. The U.S. Orange Dreamsicle page also identifies zero sugar, BCAAs and B vitamins. The pages reviewed do not establish gram amounts for those amino acids or demonstrate a clinical training benefit from the finished drink.

The separate current U.S. STORM FAQ lists 200 mg caffeine per 12 oz can. That is a different line and serving size; do not transfer its number to REIGN Total Body Fuel. Regional formulas can also differ, so these U.S. figures are not a worldwide label guarantee.

REIGN’s U.S. product guidance is for adults 18 and older and says it is not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, or pregnant or nursing women. Follow the warnings on the exact can rather than treating an energy drink as an interchangeable pre-workout dose.

What the label does and does not establish

Do not assume that vitamins, amino acids or other named ingredients establish clinically effective amounts or a finished product’s training benefits. A label can identify ingredients without proving better repetitions, endurance, recovery or muscle growth. The NIH exercise-supplement review explains the limits of transferring ingredient research to multi-ingredient products.

Likewise, a powdered pre-workout is not automatically more effective than an energy drink. Compare exact ingredients, forms and disclosed amounts rather than calling cans “underdosed” or claiming that powders provide superior training results without direct evidence.

Bucked Up comparison powders

The following are different Bucked Up products. Their label facts do not demonstrate that they outperform REIGN, and the packaging shown is comparison artwork rather than a photo of REIGN.

Bucked Up Original pre-workout comparison tub
Bucked Up Original comparison packaging; inspect the current label for the exact flavor.

The inspected Original Franken Juice panel lists 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate (2:1) and 2 g beta-alanine per 10.6 g scoop. These are named-panel facts, not a promise of “balanced” or universally suitable energy. The 6 g is citrulline malate, not 6 g pure L-citrulline.

Bucked Up BAMF Sour Bucks pre-workout comparison tub
BAMF Sour Bucks packaging shown for comparison; current label figures below refer to Franken Juice.

The inspected BAMF Franken Juice panel lists 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate (2:1), 3.2 g beta-alanine and 125 mg Cognizin per 12 g scoop. Disclosing those amounts does not establish superior focus, “tunnel vision” or a clinically proven result from the complete formula.

Bucked Up WOKE AF pre-workout comparison tub with cyan and pink branding
WOKE AF comparison packaging; the pictured front does not establish a flavor-specific formula.

The inspected WOKE AF Franken Juice panel lists 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate (2:1) and 3.2 g beta-alanine per 12 g scoop, with additional ingredients including synephrine HCl and dendrobium extract. Similar caffeine numbers do not establish equivalent effects or safety when other stimulant ingredients differ.

Do not use this comparison as a stacking plan

This guide does not recommend combining REIGN with a caffeinated pre-workout or assigning one to cardio days and another to strength sessions. Track caffeine from all sources and follow each product’s warnings; knowing the caffeine amount alone does not make a combination safe.

The FDA’s 400 mg daily caffeine reference for most adults is not a recommended single dose or a safety guarantee. Individual sensitivity, sleep timing, medication interactions, medical conditions and other stimulant ingredients matter. Ask a qualified clinician about suitability when relevant rather than relying on prior stimulant tolerance.

Samples and current kit terms

A sample is a portion of a supplement, not a safety test. Read its own label and check the current kit listing rather than assuming older campaign contents remain available.

Bottom line

Choose the exact REIGN product and serving before making a comparison. The Bucked Up powders have different formulas and warnings; they are not established here as superior, safer or appropriate to stack with an energy drink. This article reports label-based information, not personal product testing.
