RUT is sold by Bucked Up under the product name “Testosterone Booster.” The bottle contains 90 capsules, and the reviewed panel specifies three capsules per serving with 30 servings. The product name is not proof that it treats low testosterone.
Amounts per three capsules
The panel lists vitamin D3 at 125 mcg (5,000 IU), folate at 400 mcg DFE and zinc at 30 mg. These are serving amounts, not amounts per capsule.
The botanical ingredients are 750 mg KSM-66 ashwagandha, 750 mg tribulus extract standardized to 95% saponins, and 200 mg tongkat ali. Diindolylmethane (DIM) is listed at 100 mg.
Other ingredients include a hypromellose capsule, rice flour, vegetable magnesium stearate and olive oil. The panel verifies contents; it does not establish a personal hormone, strength or libido outcome.
Directions and suitability
The photographed bottle says to take three capsules daily, in the morning with food. Check your own container’s directions rather than following older four-capsule descriptions.
The manufacturer limits the product to adults aged 18 and older. Its website says not to use it while pregnant or nursing and to consult a physician about medication use. Read the container’s full cautions, and do not assume that combining it with another supplement is suitable.
