What is RYSE Godzilla Pre-Workout?

Godzilla is RYSE’s Noel Deyzel collaboration pre-workout. The important detail is its two-column Supplement Facts panel: one scoop and two scoops have different doses. Calling it a “400 mg pre-workout” without stating the serving size obscures that distinction.

This guide uses the Blue Raspberry label linked from RYSE’s product page. That panel specifies 19.3 g for one scoop, 38.6 g for two scoops, and 40 or 20 servings per container, respectively. Other flavors, reformulations or packages can differ.

One scoop versus two scoops

  • Caffeine: 200 mg total per one scoop, from 175 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 25 mg extended-release caffeine; 400 mg total per two scoops.
  • L-citrulline: 4.5 g per one scoop; 9 g per two scoops.
  • Citrulline nitrate: 1 g per one scoop; 2 g per two scoops. This compound’s weight is not equivalent to the same weight of pure citrulline.
  • Beta-alanine: 3.2 g per one scoop; 6.4 g per two scoops on the linked label.
  • Creatine monohydrate and betaine anhydrous: each is 2.5 g per one scoop or 5 g per two scoops.
  • Citicoline: 250 mg per one scoop; 500 mg per two scoops.

The label also includes hydrolyzed casein tripeptides, theobromine, sodium and potassium. Check allergy information carefully if milk-derived ingredients are a concern.

A real discrepancy in the manufacturer’s page

RYSE’s description presents 3.2 g beta-alanine alongside 400 mg caffeine and an 11 g combined citrulline-ingredient claim. Its linked label instead places 3.2 g beta-alanine in the one-scoop column and 6.4 g in the two-scoop column. The description also mentions Thinkamine, while the linked panel lists citicoline.

Those details should not be merged into a new, supposedly definitive formula. Request a readable label for the exact stock you are buying. The figures above are a transcription of the linked Blue Raspberry panel, not an assurance that every current tub matches it.

How it compares with Bucked Up formulas

WOKE AF is listed at 333 mg caffeine per serving, plus additional stimulants. It is neither a lower-intensity equivalent of two-scoop Godzilla nor identical to one-scoop Godzilla: the ingredient combinations differ.

BAMF is also listed at 333 mg caffeine. Its focus-oriented ingredient profile differs from Godzilla’s. Comparing the word “nootropic” on two labels does not establish equal ingredients, doses or effects.

Bucked Up Original lists 200 mg caffeine, matching the total in one scoop of the linked Godzilla label. Original lists 2 g beta-alanine and is creatine-free. Godzilla’s linked one-scoop panel includes 3.2 g beta-alanine and 2.5 g creatine monohydrate. Equal caffeine therefore does not mean equivalent formulas.

Practical reasons to choose or skip it

Godzilla’s included creatine may appeal to someone who wants fewer separate products, but using a caffeinated pre-workout only on training days does not automatically create a consistent daily creatine routine. There is no need to increase the stimulant serving merely to obtain more creatine; these are separate decisions.

Two scoops supply 400 mg caffeine on the linked panel, already matching the FDA’s general daily reference for most adults before coffee or other sources. That reference is not an endorsement of taking the entire amount at once. Extended release also does not remove caffeine’s potential effects on sleep.

Follow the warnings on your actual tub, do not combine it with other stimulant pre-workouts, and seek medical advice about medications or relevant conditions. Anyone concerned about high caffeine can choose a different product rather than trying to build tolerance.

Compare cost using the serving you will use

A tub with 40 one-scoop portions has only 20 two-scoop portions. Divide the final price by your actual serving count and compare the same dosing basis across brands. If reviewing a Bucked Up sample offer, check the current contents and each sample’s caffeine separately.
