What is SuperPump Aggression?
SuperPump Aggression is a named pre-workout from Gaspari Nutrition. It is not a workout mindset or a generic pump-and-stimulant stack. It also should not be confused with SuperPump MAX. The practical issue is identifying which Aggression label accompanies the tub you are buying.
What the U.S. manufacturer page lists
Gaspari’s current U.S. product page publishes an 18 g, 25-serving facts panel. Its selected amounts per stated serving are:
- L-citrulline: 4,000 mg
- Beta-alanine: 3,200 mg
- Betaine anhydrous: 3,000 mg
- L-tyrosine: 1,500 mg
- N-palmitoylethanolamide: 500 mg
- Caffeine anhydrous: 400 mg
- Theobromine: 200 mg
- Rauwolfia vomitoria extract, standardized to at least 90% rauwolscine: 3 mg
The panel also lists choline bitartrate, DMAE, BioPerine and Huperzia serrata extract. A botanical extract’s listed mass is not automatically the same as its isolated active compound: 2 mg Huperzia extract standardized to 1% huperzine A is not 2 mg huperzine A.
Why online labels disagree
There are real inconsistencies in Gaspari’s published material:
- The U.S. product URL says “20-40-serving,” while its displayed facts say 25 servings. Its front product photo shows 360 g, which does not match 25 portions of 18 g.
- Another official U.S. listing includes a Fruit Punch Fury panel with 2,000 mg betaine, 1,500 mg agmatine sulfate and 300 mg N-palmitoylethanolamide. That differs from the panel summarized above.
- An indexed European 360 g listing describes 40 portions of 9 g, each with 200 mg caffeine. Its serving size is half the mass of the cited U.S. panel.
These are reasons to request a photo of the exact tub’s facts and directions before purchase. They do not justify selecting whichever online serving instruction seems strongest. Do not assume a generic “one scoop” has a consistent gram weight or caffeine amount across these listings.
High caffeine plus additional stimulants
The U.S. panel’s 400 mg caffeine equals the FDA’s daily reference for most adults, before coffee or other sources. That reference does not establish this product’s safety.
Rauwolscine is also called alpha-yohimbine; it is related to, but different from, yohimbine. Operation Supplement Safety warns that clinical safety evidence is lacking and combining stimulant ingredients can be risky. Avoid stimulant stacking, and have a clinician review the full label if you take medicines or have a health condition. Marketing promises about avoiding jitters do not remove these concerns.
