Superhuman Is an Alpha Lion Product Family
Superhuman Original is a named Alpha Lion pre-workout, not a generic term proving elite energy or performance. This label-based guide distinguishes current Original from older Superhuman versions and separate Extreme, Pump or Burn products. It is not a personal taste or workout review.
The Current Original Label
The current page selects Bulk Juice (Sour Gummy Bear), whose product front shows 21 servings. The general Original Supplement Facts gallery panel lists one 17.8 g scoop and 21 servings, but does not name a flavor on the panel itself. Confirm the exact tub before applying these quantities to another version.
Total caffeine is explicitly 325 mg: 275 mg caffeine anhydrous, 41 mg ZumXR extended-release material yielding 30 mg caffeine, and 26 mg ZumXR delayed-release material yielding 20 mg. Count the declared caffeine yields rather than adding the entire coating/material weights as caffeine. Delayed release does not remove caffeine from the daily total.
Key disclosed quantities include 4 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine anhydrous, 1.5 g L-tyrosine, 1 g agmatine sulfate and 1 g taurine. The 500 mg choline-bitartrate ingredient and separately declared 200 mg choline nutrient value are not two independent choline doses to add together. Ingredient quantities alone do not prove that the finished formula provides superior focus, pumps or recovery.
Stimulant and Performance Claims Need Limits
Do not treat “no crash,” “no jitters,” or “superhuman” marketing as a guarantee. The FDA’s 400 mg daily caffeine reference for most adults is not a single-dose target or a safety endorsement for this blend. The manufacturer limits use to one scoop in 24 hours, warns against use close to bedtime and describes the product for healthy adults 18 and older. Those directions do not establish safety for every adult. Follow the exact label warnings and consider other caffeine sources, sleep, medications and health conditions.
The NIH exercise-supplement review distinguishes ingredient research from proof about finished multi-ingredient products. Beta-alanine is studied with repeated supplementation; tingling does not establish better performance. This page does not recommend escalating stimulants or adding recovery products solely because marketing promises a stronger stack.
Bucked Up Label Comparisons
The following pictures and tracked links are Bucked Up products, not Alpha Lion Superhuman. Caffeine totals and different ingredient forms do not establish which is more effective or safer for you.

The specified current BAMF Franken Juice label lists 333 mg caffeine and 6 g citrulline malate 2:1. That is 6 g combined citrulline-malate material, not 6 g pure L-citrulline or proof of superior focus.

The specified Mother Bucker label lists 400 mg total caffeine, from 300 mg anhydrous plus 100 mg delayed-release caffeine, and 2 mg rauwolscine. Prior tolerance or athletic experience does not establish safety. The manufacturer warns against more than one serving in 24 hours or other caffeine.

The current U.S. Original Franken Juice panel lists 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 2 g beta-alanine per 10.6 g scoop. This pictured Miami packaging does not establish an identical serving weight across every flavor version, and 200 mg is not a universal beginner recommendation.
