Identify the Product Behind the Name
“War pre-workout” is not a standardized formula or one verified product identity. Before comparing doses, find the manufacturer, full product name, current flavor and Supplement Facts panel. A similarly named product or an older review may describe a different formula.
This is a label-checking guide, not a hands-on review of an unidentified War product. The Bucked Up examples below are comparisons, and the pictured WOKE AF tub should not be mistaken for the product you searched for.
Check the Stimulant Dose First
If the current product is in the 300–400 mg caffeine range, treat it as a high-stim formula. Then look for extra stimulants such as synephrine, yohimbine or rauwolscine because those can change the feel dramatically.

Do Not Ignore the Pump Side
WOKE AF includes 6 g citrulline malate and 3.2 g beta-alanine along with 333 mg caffeine. That gives you a useful benchmark: a “war” product with huge caffeine but very little pump support may feel intense without being better-rounded.
Compare Suitability, Not Just Intensity
The WOKE AF manufacturer page lists 333 mg caffeine plus dendrobium and synephrine. The Mother Bucker page lists 400 mg caffeine and other stimulants, including rauwolscine. Original’s 200 mg and BAMF’s 333 mg offer different comparisons, but moving up that scale is not a training goal.
Compare serving sizes, additional stimulants and product warnings. Do not add another caffeinated product simply because the first dose feels mild. If the exact label is unavailable or unclear, resolve that uncertainty before buying; ask a qualified clinician about stimulant blends if you take medication or have a health condition.
Bottom Line
Buy based on the actual label, not how violent the name sounds.
