WOKE AF provides 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 200 mg GPCgold™ Alpha GPC 50% in the current manufacturer ingredient list. That 50% material supplies approximately 100 mg alpha-GPC. It also lists 40 mg synephrine HCl and 100 mg dendrobium 10:1 extract, plus taurine, Himalayan salt, deer antler velvet, AstraGin® and Senactiv®. Older AlphaSize branding should be checked against the exact tub rather than silently treated as the same branded ingredient.
