Zeus Pre Workout: Label Verification, DMHA & Comparison Limits

The Zeus Name Does Not Identify a Formula

Start with the manufacturer, exact product version, flavor and complete Supplement Facts. A current manufacturer panel for a specific Zeus product was not verified in this review, so no Zeus caffeine amount or stimulant combination is asserted here. Seller descriptions or an older label should not be silently applied to another tub.

If the Label Lists DMHA, Check FDA’s Position

If an actual label lists DMHA, including names such as 2-aminoisoheptane or octodrine, the issue is more than a stronger subjective feeling. The FDA’s current U.S. position is that DMHA is an unsafe food additive and dietary supplements containing it are adulterated. This statement concerns that ingredient; it does not establish that a particular Zeus product contains it.

Judge Pump and Endurance Separately

Read ingredient forms, serving weights, blend disclosures and the complete warnings separately from marketing about energy or pumps. More citrulline or beta-alanine does not offset concerns about another ingredient. NIH cautions that research on individual ingredients cannot establish the effects and safety of an untested multi-ingredient combination.

Mother Bucker: Disclosed Amounts Are Not a Safety Ranking

Mother Bucker’s inspected Franken Juice panel lists 400 mg total caffeine per 19.5 g scoop: 300 mg anhydrous plus 100 mg delayed-release caffeine. It also lists 6.4 g beta-alanine, 4 g L-citrulline, 1.5 g Nitrosigine, 1.5 g L-tyrosine, 300 mg Alpha GPC material and 2 mg rauwolscine. Alpha GPC purity remains unresolved against other manufacturer copy; do not assume 300 mg pure active. These disclosures are not a recommendation that it is safer. The FDA’s 400 mg reference concerns total daily caffeine for most adults, not a single-dose target or approval of this mixture.
