Use the Exact Flavor’s Label
The current manufacturer’s Peach Mango Supplement Facts image lists 150 mg InnovaBean natural caffeine from coffee per one-scoop, 12.7 g serving. It also lists 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 2 g beta-alanine. That pictured label does not support the older claim of 100 mg paraxanthine.
Some page descriptions conflict with the image, including wording suggesting no caffeine. The figures here apply to the pictured Peach Mango label, not automatically every flavor, batch or older version. Check the tub you are buying and ask the manufacturer to resolve any mismatch.

6 g Citrulline Malate Is Useful, but Not 6 g Pure Citrulline
The label lists a citrulline-malate mixture, not 6 g of pure L-citrulline. Compare the ingredient form and serving size rather than treating those quantities as interchangeable. A larger number alone does not establish a better workout.
2 g Beta-Alanine Is Moderate
The pictured label lists 2 g beta-alanine per serving. Research concerns repeated supplementation and specific activities, so one dose or a tingling sensation does not prove improved performance. Do not add extra scoops just to increase one ingredient, because that also changes caffeine and every other ingredient.
Who It Fits
Choose based on the verified label, your training time and any ingredients you need to avoid, not gender-focused packaging. The pictured 150 mg caffeine serving can still affect sleep or cause unwanted effects. Include other caffeine sources in your comparison and follow your container’s warnings.
