Bare Knuckle is an Apollon Nutrition product
Bare Knuckle pre-workout most directly identifies Apollon Nutrition’s named non-stimulant formula. The manufacturer currently lists V6, including the Grape tub pictured here. It is a specific supplement rather than a generic label for old-school training intensity.
There is a separate naming overlap with Bucked Up’s BKFC collaboration. WOKE AF Bare Knuckle Punch is a flavor of WOKE AF, and Mother Bucker BKFC Ice Cold is another product. Those caffeinated formulas should not inherit Apollon Bare Knuckle’s non-stim description.
What the V6 panel actually shows
Apollon’s displayed Supplement Facts has two columns: half a scoop is 20.5 g and one scoop is 41 g. The container supplies 40 half servings or 20 full servings. Comparing the 40-serving headline against another product’s full-dose count would misrepresent the amount being compared.
The full-scoop column lists 10 g L-citrulline, 6.4 g beta-alanine, 6 g L-tyrosine, 5 g betaine anhydrous, 4.2 g arginine nitrate and 3 g taurine. It also declares 508 mg Vaso-Drive AP, 400 mg grape seed extract, 50 mg AstraGin and 400 micrograms huperzine A. Preserve milligrams and micrograms carefully when transcribing the panel.
Another important entry is 800 mg of an Alpha GPC 50% ingredient. That is not a statement of 800 mg pure alpha-GPC. Similarly, the panel’s arginine nitrate amount is not a declaration of that many milligrams of nitrate alone. The label also explicitly warns that the product contains milk.
Keep older versions and BKFC products separate
Older Bare Knuckle articles can describe a different formula. The version number, serving weight and ingredient panel are stronger identifiers than a familiar product name or tub color. Check the package you are buying against the V6 details before using this guide’s quantities.
Bucked Up’s own WOKE AF BKFC page identifies Bare Knuckle Punch as a flavor and lists 333 mg caffeine per serving. That distinction matters more than the shared boxing-themed words. A BKFC logo does not identify an Apollon formula.
Use the label to make the comparison
Choose the correct serving column, check allergens and follow the container’s warnings. A non-stim designation does not establish that stacking is appropriate or guarantee freedom from side effects. This is a manufacturer-label review, without personal pump ratings or claims that a larger ingredient total must produce better results.
