This is a label-based review, not a personal workout test. The current U.S. Original Franken Juice panel lists one 10.6 g scoop with 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 2 g beta-alanine. Check the exact container because flavor versions and older packaging may differ.
200 mg Caffeine Is a Quantity, Not a Suitability Guarantee
It is below the caffeine amount listed on some other Bucked Up formulas, but that alone does not make it a better daily choice or establish safety for an individual. Follow the product’s caffeine and use warnings; sensitivity, medications, health conditions and other caffeine sources matter.
6 g Citrulline Malate Is Not 6 g Pure Citrulline
The label’s 6 g refers to citrulline malate at the stated 2:1 ratio, not 6 g pure L-citrulline. Comparing that number directly with a pure-citrulline amount overstates the citrulline component. Ingredient weight alone also cannot establish which finished product gives a better pump or improves performance.
Beta-Alanine Research Is Not a Reason to Double a Serving
The listed 2 g beta-alanine is the amount per scoop. Research concerns repeated supplementation over weeks and varies by exercise and protocol; 3.2 g is not a universal threshold that makes every lower-dose product ineffective or every higher-dose product effective. Tingling is not proof of improved performance. Taking extra scoops also raises caffeine and every other ingredient, so do not exceed the label to chase a study dose.
