Garden of Life: Identify the Blackberry Version
This review concerns SPORT Organic Plant-Based Energy + Focus, Blackberry. The manufacturer image lists one scoop of about 14 g, 30 servings, 85 mg caffeine and 220 mcg vitamin B12. It is a label comparison, not a report of personal use.
85 mg Caffeine Does Not Establish Personal Suitability
The product uses organic coffeeberry as a caffeine source. A lower caffeine amount than many high-stimulant powders does not guarantee that a caffeine-sensitive person will tolerate it or that it will feel a particular way. Check the exact label warnings, other caffeine sources, medications and relevant health conditions.
The Official Panels Do Not Fully Agree
The manufacturer’s Blackberry panel separates a 12 g Organic Antioxidant Energy Blend from a 1 g Organic Nitric Oxide Blend. The latter lists organic spinach leaf, beet root and kale leaf and explicitly says standardized to 1% nitrate. It would be inaccurate to say that this panel gives no nitrate standardization at all. The blend total still does not give the individual amount of each plant.
The label image linked from the NSF record instead combines these into a 13 g energy/nitric-oxide blend without that standardization line; other nutrition details also differ. Do not merge these two panels into one formula. Check the Supplement Facts on your actual tub and ask the manufacturer to resolve a mismatch before relying on a specific dose.
Certification Is Product-Specific
The manufacturer presents this product as USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified and NSF Certified for Sport. The NSF Blackberry product record is the relevant starting point for sport certification, which lists U.S. powder, a 432 g jar or 12-count 14 g packets, a 14 g serving and named lots. Check the current record against your exact container and lot. The Non-GMO Project directory also lists the exact Energy + Focus flavors. The organic claim here is manufacturer-attributed; this review has not independently matched the regular Blackberry SKU to a USDA product listing. These designations do not establish personal safety or guaranteed workout effects, and do not transfer to a comparison brand.
Compare Labels Without Assuming a Winner
Ingredient quantities and certification can inform a choice, but they do not demonstrate which finished product performs better. Bucked Up’s current Non-Stimulant formula contains deer antler velvet and is not a vegan substitute. Do not infer organic or sport certification from a caffeine-free comparison.
