Bucked Up BLACK and Black Ant are different products. The earlier description treated “Bucked Up Black” as shorthand for Black Ant. The manufacturer’s separate listings show why that identification is misleading.
BLACK: the Rainbow Rush label
The manufacturer-hosted Rainbow Rush panel lists one 10.2-gram scoop and 30 servings. Selected entries are:
- 6 grams citrulline malate 2:1
- 2 grams beta-alanine
- 200 milligrams caffeine anhydrous
- 200 milligrams GPCgold Alpha GPC 50% ingredient
- 100 milligrams each of taurine and Himalayan rock salt
- 35 milligrams humic/fulvic mineral blend extract
BLACK is described as creatine-free. Its 200-milligram Alpha GPC preparation is not 200 milligrams of pure alpha-GPC, and the salt weight is separate from the panel’s 45 milligrams of sodium. The panel lists 5 calories, despite zero-calorie wording elsewhere in the page’s FAQ; check the actual package rather than repeating the broader marketing claim.
Black Ant has a separate formula
The Black Ant manufacturer listing describes 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, 6 grams of L-citrulline, 4 grams of beta-alanine and 300 milligrams of caffeine. Those figures belong to Black Ant, not the BLACK Rainbow Rush tub shown here. Black Ant’s pure L-citrulline is also a different ingredient entry from BLACK’s citrulline malate.
The existing Black Ant referral is retained as an explicitly different product reference. No original tracked destination has been silently replaced with a BLACK purchase link.
Do not turn the difference into a ranking
Neither a mineral-blend name nor an absorption claim establishes that a complete formula improves recovery or breaks a strength plateau. BLACK’s manufacturer itself notes limited robust human evidence for its mineral-blend detoxification positioning. This review does not verify a detox benefit.
Likewise, Black Ant containing creatine does not automatically create a reason to add standalone creatine on top. Review overlap and complete warnings before considering combinations.
Identify the actual tub before using directions
Match brand, full product name, flavor and serving weight. BLACK’s package warnings exclude pregnancy and nursing and identify adult use; they should not be generalized to another formula. FDA emphasizes that caffeine sensitivity varies, so neither 200 nor 300 milligrams is a personal suitability guarantee.
