Miami identifies a flavor, not one formula
Bucked Up lists Miami as a strawberry, mango and pineapple flavor option on its Original pre-workout and WOKE AF product pages. A Miami label does not create a separate, standardized supplement formula. Start with the full product name printed above the flavor.
The photograph here shows Original Bucked Up Miami. It is not WOKE AF, a Black-series formula or a ready-to-drink energy beverage. Similar artwork or flavor names do not make their ingredient amounts interchangeable.
Original and WOKE AF are different products
The manufacturer’s reviewed Original page states 200 mg caffeine per serving. Its WOKE AF page states 333 mg and describes additional stimulants. Those are product-specific declarations, not a 200–333 mg range that applies to every Miami item. Verify the exact flavor’s current panel and the portion you intend to use.
Do not transfer another line’s creatine, paraxanthine or nootropic ingredients into a Miami review. The manufacturer’s Original page describes that product as creatine-free. Neither the tropical flavor name nor bright packaging establishes better recovery, fat loss or more repetitions.
A practical comparison at checkout
- Match the product line, Miami flavor and package size in the selector and basket.
- Read the serving size and caffeine declaration on that exact product.
- Check other ingredients, sweeteners, allergens and restrictions.
- Compare usable servings and the final price, including shipping and any subscription choice.
Flavor descriptions tell you what the brand intends the drink to resemble. This is not a firsthand taste test, so sweetness, aftertaste and mixability are not scored here. More water may change concentration in the drink, but it does not remove the ingredients in a scoop.
Samples and stimulant decisions
A mixed sample promotion does not guarantee that Miami is included. Check the actual campaign contents rather than assuming an older five-sample advertisement still describes the current kit. A flavor preference is also not a reason to combine two stimulant pre-workouts.
NIH’s evidence review notes that ingredient research cannot establish the effectiveness or safety of every combination. Use the actual container warnings and your health circumstances when deciding whether either formula is appropriate; the stronger stimulant option is not automatically better.
