Icy Blue Razz identifies a flavor, not a single formula
Cellucor currently lists Icy Blue Razz for C4 Original. The flavor also appears on its older Ultimate listing. Those product names matter: sharing a flavor does not mean equal ingredients, caffeine, or directions.
The current Original page describes 200 mg caffeine and 2 g CarnoSyn beta-alanine per serving. Verify your actual container before using those numbers, because older packaging and other C4 lines can differ. A retailer’s short title may omit the distinction that matters most.
What to compare on two containers
- The complete product-line name and format.
- The serving size in grams and number of scoops.
- Total caffeine and additional stimulant ingredients.
- The full warning panel and intended age group.
- Servings per container and total delivered cost.
Do not assume a ready-to-drink can has the same formula as powder. Do not import a dose from an older Ultimate review into an Original comparison. If photographs and text disagree, get clarification before purchasing.
Read the manufacturer’s cautions, too
Cellucor’s current Original warning says not to combine it with caffeine or stimulants from other sources and includes medication and medical-condition precautions. Those warnings are part of the product decision, not fine print to ignore after choosing a flavor.
Beta-alanine tingling is not proof that a supplement is building muscle during that workout. And the presence of a branded ingredient does not establish that the complete blend improves every training outcome. Keep marketing descriptions separate from evidence for the result you want.
