C4 Original: Check the Formula Generation
The current U.S. C4 Original page shows a fifth-generation formula. Its Icy Blue Razz label lists 200 mg caffeine per 8.9 g scoop, with 30 servings per tub. That is a different version from older 150 mg C4 Original descriptions.
The inspected label also lists 2 g CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 1.2 g L-citrulline, 1.2 g L-arginine, 1 g creatine nitrate and 100 mg PeptiPump® lentil peptides. Match the flavor and generation on your own tub rather than applying these amounts to every product carrying the C4 name.
C4 vs Bucked Up Original
Bucked Up Original also lists 200 mg caffeine and 2 g beta-alanine per serving, plus 6 g citrulline malate 2:1. The inspected Franken Juice label lists 200 mg GPCgold™ Alpha GPC 50%; older AlphaSize® references should not be assumed to describe every current label.
These versions have the same listed caffeine amount. C4’s L-citrulline and Bucked Up’s citrulline malate are different ingredient forms, so their gram amounts are not a one-to-one comparison. Cellucor warns against combining C4 with other caffeine or stimulant sources.
