Thavage: Check the Flavor and Scoop Column

RAW Nutrition’s Thavage is designed with Chris Bumstead. Its current product page displays different flavor panels, so this review uses the posted Blackberry Lemonade label: one 13.4 g scoop or two 26.8 g scoops, with 40 or 20 servings per tub. It is not the separate Thuper Thavage formula.

What the Formula Is Trying to Do

For two scoops, that panel lists 6 g L-citrulline, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 2.5 g betaine, 2 g each L-tyrosine and taurine, and 1.5 g Nitrosigine. It also lists 1 g agmatine sulfate, 500 mg coconut water powder and 400 mg alpha-GPC 50% material; the last figure is not 400 mg pure alpha-GPC.

The Blackberry panel combines 260 mg caffeine anhydrous with 64 mg di-caffeine malate at 74% caffeine in two scoops. That label calculation is approximately 307 mg total caffeine, or 154 mg in one scoop, rather than 324 mg obtained by adding the ingredient masses.

Where the Official Sources Differ

RAW’s page also advertises 200 mg caffeine, while its Cherry Lime Slush panel explicitly lists 260 mg anhydrous plus 45 mg caffeine from di-caffeine malate in two scoops, totaling 305 mg. These disclosures do not support one universal dose for every Thavage tub. Verify the exact flavor and lot with RAW if the listing and label disagree.

A larger scoop is not evidence of better taste, worse mixability or greater effectiveness. This is a label comparison, not a hands-on flavor or mixing test.

What Deserves Scrutiny

Compare cost using the scoop count you are evaluating: a 40-scoop container gives 20 two-scoop portions. The two-scoop panel is a comparison basis, not advice to increase your dose.

Ingredient amounts do not establish how the finished product performs. Follow the exact tub’s warnings, and do not treat training experience or tolerance as proof that a stimulant combination is safe.

Thavage vs Bucked Up

Bucked Up BAMF Sour Bucks comparison tub. Current formula details below refer to the separately inspected Franken Juice panel.

BAMF lists 333 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1, 3.2 g beta-alanine and 125 mg Cognizin per 12 g scoop on its Franken Juice label. It also lists 63 mg Dynamine material standardized to 40% methylliberine and 50 mcg huperzine A. Other BAMF page copy still names AlphaSize; use the exact panel rather than merging conflicting versions.

If pump ingredients matter to your comparison, distinguish Thavage’s pure L-citrulline from BAMF’s citrulline malate and compare serving sizes. Neither the caffeine number nor the total scoop weight establishes pump superiority.
