A 60-Serving Count Does Not Identify the Formula
C4 has been sold in a lot of sizes and formulas over the years, so a 60-serving tub is not enough information by itself. Current C4 products vary by line and flavor, and Cellucor has updated formulas over time. That matters if you are comparing an older 60-serving listing against a current tub.
Do Not Assume Every C4 Original Label Is Identical
The current U.S. C4 Original fifth-generation page shows an Icy Blue Razz label with 200 mg caffeine per 8.9 g scoop and 30 servings. That does not establish the formula inside the pictured Orange 60-serving tub. Check the seller’s actual Supplement Facts, market and lot instead of transferring today’s 30-serving label to an older-looking package.
What the Current Label Actually Lists
That current Icy Blue Razz scoop lists 2 g beta-alanine, 1.2 g L-citrulline, 1.2 g L-arginine and 1 g creatine nitrate. Creatine nitrate is a compound amount, not a declaration of 1 g pure creatine. These amounts describe the inspected version, not every C4 line, flavor or 60-serving listing.
A higher citrulline number or stronger caffeine label does not prove a better workout or pump. NIH’s exercise-supplement review describes citrulline findings as limited and conflicting; an ingredient list alone cannot establish how two finished products compare.
C4 vs Bucked Up Original
Bucked Up Original’s inspected Franken Juice label lists 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 2 g beta-alanine per 10.6 g scoop, plus 200 mg GPCgold (Alpha GPC 50%). This replaces the older AlphaSize branding in the comparison. Citrulline malate is not gram-for-gram identical to pure L-citrulline.
The current C4 and Bucked Up panels above both list 200 mg caffeine. An older tub with a lower amount would still need its own warnings reviewed; a smaller caffeine dose does not establish suitability for a caffeine-sensitive person. Compare total caffeine from all sources rather than stacking pre-workouts.
Buying an Older 60-Serving Tub
Check the expiration date, seller reputation and exact formula photo. Saving money per serving is not useful if the tub is old, poorly stored or is a different version than the one you thought you were ordering.
