Dymatize Is a Brand, Not a Generic Formula
Dymatize pre-workout can refer to different named products. Its PreW.O. and Energyze information describes different formulas, so a generic list of “typical” stimulant and pump ingredients is not an accurate label for either one. Start with the exact product name, market, flavor and serving size on the container.
Separate PreW.O. from Energyze
The official PreW.O. product information describes 300 mg caffeine, 8 g citrulline malate, 3.2 g CarnoSyn beta-alanine and 125 mg TeaCrine per serving. Those are manufacturer-declared facts for that named product, not proof of current stock or the formula in every Dymatize tub. Citrulline malate weight is not the same as pure L-citrulline weight.
Dymatize’s Energyze Peach Mango information instead declares 150 mg caffeine and 5 g BCAAs per serving. Do not transfer PreW.O.’s citrulline, beta-alanine or TeaCrine amounts to Energyze. Neither a current web page nor an archived record establishes the condition or expiration date of a retailer’s remaining stock.
Bucked Up Original: A Separate Comparison
The reviewed Bucked Up Original Franken Juice panel lists 200 mg caffeine, 6 g citrulline malate 2:1 and 2 g beta-alanine per 10.6 g scoop. Those are version-specific panel amounts, not a guarantee of balanced stimulation or superiority over Dymatize. The retained package image may depict another flavor or label version.

BAMF: More Caffeine Is Not a Better-Workout Guarantee
The reviewed BAMF Franken Juice panel lists 333 mg caffeine per 12 g scoop, with Cognizin, Dynamine and huperzine A also listed. This does not establish better concentration, technique or performance than either Dymatize formula.

Historical Sample Artwork
This older campaign image advertises five samples, a shaker and a shirt. It does not verify the contents, price or availability of the current larger sample kit. A sample can help evaluate flavor, but it is not a risk-free safety or tolerance test.

Check Evidence and Warnings
The FDA’s 400 mg daily reference for most adults is not a recommended single-serving dose or a personal safety guarantee. Account for all caffeine sources and other stimulants. Tolerance to a sensation does not establish cardiovascular or sleep safety.
The NIH exercise-supplement review distinguishes evidence about individual ingredients from evidence about complete multi-ingredient products. Beta-alanine research generally concerns repeated use; tingling does not show that a workout or supplement is effective. Bigger ingredient totals and stronger sensations are not proof of better results.
Follow the exact label rather than an invented cycling or stacking schedule. Adding creatine, BCAAs, protein or electrolytes does not neutralize stimulant effects. Discuss a specific formula with a qualified clinician if medication, pregnancy or a health condition affects your choices. Sleep, nutrition and consistent training remain the foundation.
