What EHPlabs documented
The brand’s Australian PRIDE information page describes 280 mg caffeine per serving from a 550 mg Pentaffeine blend. It also lists 5 g L-citrulline, 1.5 g Nitrosigine, 1 g betaine and a 5 g essential-amino-acid blend. Those are statements about the formulation presented on that page, not a verified specification for every regional or later PRIDE tub.
Crucially, EHPlabs explicitly describes that PRIDE formula as free of beta-alanine. A generic pre-workout ingredient list that adds beta-alanine to PRIDE would misrepresent this source. The page also names bitter orange extract and theobromine, so caffeine is not the only ingredient worth reviewing when considering sensitivity or interactions.
Serving size and availability need a separate check
The information page discusses one- and two-scoop use. Read the Supplement Facts on the exact product to establish what constitutes the full serving; do not assume the published per-serving totals apply to one scoop.
When checked on October 11, 2026, the Australian page remained readable, but its PRIDE shopping link redirected to a general bundle collection. That supports a cautious conclusion: the old information is available, while a current direct purchase of that exact formula was not confirmed. It does not establish worldwide discontinuation.
How to assess an older listing
Ask the seller for a clear rear-label photo, the region of sale, expiry date and sealed-packaging confirmation. Match those details to the actual tub before comparing caffeine or price per serving. A familiar lion graphic or flavor name is not sufficient identification.
EHPlabs’ June 2, 2022 Cotton Candy announcement confirms a historical PRIDE flavor release. Its promotional image is useful for recognizing that older product, but it does not establish current stock or a current formula.
Bottom line: PRIDE’s documented identity includes a beta-alanine-free formulation and a substantial caffeine blend. Compare an identifiable, current label before choosing it over another pre-workout.
