What is Enrage Black?
Enrage Black is a specific high-stimulant pre-workout from eFlow Nutrition. The Black name identifies a separate formula within the Enrage range, so a review of regular Enrage cannot establish what is in this tub. This guide examines the manufacturer’s current product page and Sour Gummy label, checked October 11, 2026. It is a label-based assessment; we have not conducted a taste test or a workout trial.
What the Sour Gummy label lists
The manufacturer’s Supplement Facts panel specifies one 11.5 g scoop and 30 servings. Its main entries include:

We report the label wording rather than calculating an unverified caffeine yield. Likewise, 6 g citrulline malate should not be described as 6 g pure L-citrulline.
Directions and practical cautions
eFlow’s directions specify one scoop in 4–8 ounces of cold water, 15–30 minutes before training. Its warnings prohibit exceeding the recommended serving and combining it with alcohol or other stimulants. Read the full warnings on your own tub before use.
Caffeine sensitivity differs. FDA guidance emphasizes that medications, medical conditions and individual sensitivity affect how much caffeine is too much. A high-stimulant product is a poor default choice when your usual caffeine intake or response is uncertain.
