What is “GNC LIT”?

How V2 differs from older LIT
GNC’s formulator comparison identifies increases from 3 g to 5 g L-citrulline and from 1.5 g to 3 g creatine monohydrate, plus added citicoline, Senactiv and AstraGin. The stated caffeine total remains 250 mg.
A review or discounted listing for the older version may therefore describe a different product. LIT AF has its own formula and serving information; do not import its numbers into a LIT V2 comparison. Read the product suffix and actual panel rather than relying on the word LIT.
What the formula means in practice
Creatine inclusion may be convenient if you want it in the same tub, but count any separate creatine you already use. Consistent creatine intake is a different decision from whether you need caffeine that day. An all-in-one powder does not obligate you to take a stimulant on rest days.

If you specifically want included creatine or LIT V2’s disclosed ingredient amounts, switching would change those features. If you want to manage creatine separately, a creatine-free formula may be more convenient. Neither preference establishes that one brand is universally better.
BAMF
BAMF lists 333 mg caffeine, more than LIT V2’s 250 mg. It is therefore not an obvious solution for someone who found LIT overstimulating. Its manufacturer’s full-formula FAQ lists both citicoline and Alpha-GPC. Verify the exact tub’s complete panel and warnings when comparing formulas.
What to check before buying
- Version: confirm original LIT, V2 or AF, flavor, size and panel.
