Hemo-Rage is a Nutrex Research pre-workout product name. It is not a scientific term for a muscle pump or a training technique. Searches can return Hemo-Rage Black, Black Ultra Concentrate and Hemo-Rage Unleashed, which should not be treated as one timeless formula.

Nutrex’s own article identifies Unleashed as a high-stimulant pre-workout containing citrulline. For a more specific ingredient check, this guide uses a manufacturer-issued Fruit Punch Unleashed label preserved as a retailer-hosted PDF. It is historical packaging evidence, not confirmation of current inventory or formulation.

Hemo-Rage Unleashed: what the label actually discloses

The examined label gives a serving of one level scoop, 6 g, and 30 servings per container. Its active blend totals 4.131 g and lists:

What the proprietary blend leaves unknown

The total blend weight is not a citrulline dose. It includes all the listed active ingredients. Without individual amounts, it is not possible to compare the exact citrulline, betaine or other doses with a fully disclosed formula or a study using isolated ingredients.

The specific Unleashed panel reviewed does not list creatine or beta-alanine. Do not add those ingredients to an Unleashed breakdown simply because they appeared in another Hemo-Rage version. Similarly, an old review describing tingles does not establish this product’s composition.
