LFG Burn Is Bucked Up’s Thermogenic Pre-Workout

LFG Burn lists, on the Razzle Dazzle panel, 300 mg total caffeine with 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g Nitrosigine®, 250 mg MitoBurn® L-BAIBA, 200 mg AlphaSize® Alpha-GPC 50%, 100 mg Mucuna pruriens extract standardized to 98% L-DOPA, 25 mg AstraGin®, 10 mg Paradoxine® and 200 mcg huperzine A. This panel uses a 10.4 g scoop. The current Franken Juice panel instead names GPCgold™ Alpha GPC 50% at 200 mg and uses a 10.1 g scoop. In either case, 200 mg of a 50% ingredient corresponds to about 100 mg alpha-GPC; it is not 200 mg pure alpha-GPC.

What It Is For

This is a high-stim thermogenic pre-workout, not a shortcut around a calorie deficit. The ingredient list alone does not establish a training or fat-loss benefit from the finished product. Fat loss still depends primarily on sustained nutrition and activity habits; feeling warmer or more stimulated is not evidence of meaningful fat loss.

Check More Than the Caffeine Number

The formula also contains L-DOPA-standardized Mucuna and huperzine A. Do not treat it as interchangeable with coffee or assume caffeine tolerance settles medication interactions. Check the full label and ask a pharmacist or qualified clinician when appropriate. Delayed-release caffeine still contributes to the daily total.
