NutraBio PRE Workout is a named pre-workout formula, not just a general description of the brand’s supplements. This guide uses the Orange Mango Tango panel displayed on NutraBio’s PRE product page, checked October 13, 2026. Other NutraBio products, older PRE tubs and different markets should be matched to their own labels.
What one serving contains
The Orange Mango Tango Supplement Facts image identifies one scoop as 30.6 g, with 20 servings per container. Selected entries include:
- L-citrulline: 10 g; arginine nitrate: 1.65 g; betaine nitrate: 1.6 g.
- Beta-alanine: 3.2 g; taurine: 2 g; L-tyrosine: 1.5 g.
- Alpha-GPC powder: 600 mg, explicitly yielding 300 mg alpha-GPC.
- Choline bitartrate: 550 mg.
- Total caffeine: 350 mg, comprising 250 mg caffeine anhydrous and 100 mg caffeine yielded by 133 mg di-caffeine malate.
The panel also lists velvet bean extract, vincamine and electrolytes. Creatine is not listed on this particular formula. Do not import creatine amounts from an older review simply because it also says PRE.
Read forms and totals carefully
The 133 mg di-caffeine-malate entry is not an extra 133 mg caffeine on top of the declared 350 mg total. Likewise, 600 mg alpha-GPC powder does not mean 600 mg active alpha-GPC. The betaine total incorporates betaine from the nitrate ingredient, so counting every matrix heading and sub-entry again would exaggerate the formula.
These distinctions matter when comparing products. Compare the same chemical form, active yield and serving amount rather than adding up the largest printed numbers. Flavor-specific scoop weights and other ingredients also deserve attention.
Directions and stimulant cautions
NutraBio directs users to mix a serving with 10–12 oz water before exercise, begin with half a scoop to assess tolerance, and consume no more than one serving daily. Its warnings exclude people under 18, pregnant or nursing users and caffeine-sensitive individuals. It also advises against combining PRE with caffeine-containing foods, drinks or medications.
A 350 mg serving leaves little room below the FDA’s general 400 mg daily reference for most adults. That reference is not a personal safety allowance. Discuss medications or relevant conditions with a healthcare professional rather than treating a smaller scoop as clearance to use the product.
A useful comparison
NIH’s review of exercise supplements helps separate ingredient evidence from finished-product promises. Decide whether you want this stimulant level and ingredient combination, then compare cost per intended serving. Label transparency supports that comparison; it does not prove better results than a competing pre-workout.
