ONE SOL Pre Workout Review: Label Changes and Caffeine Sources

ONE SOL: Check the Current Version

This is a label-based review, not a personal taste or workout test. The current ONE SOL pre-workout page selects Mango Guava. Its manufacturer Supplement Facts image lists one 6.7 g scoop and 24 servings. Older marketing pages should not substitute for the label on the version you buy.

The Sweetener Claim Has Changed

The current Mango Guava ingredient list includes sucralose, despite an older official landing page saying no artificial sweeteners. This review therefore does not call the current formula artificial-sweetener-free. Terms such as “natural” or “clean” do not establish safety, effectiveness or the absence of a particular ingredient.

Disclosed Ingredient Amounts

The panel lists 2 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g L-citrulline, 500 mg L-carnitine L-tartrate and 500 mg PeakO2 mushroom blend. The PeakO2 amount is the combined blend, not 500 mg of each mushroom. Disclosure makes comparison possible; it does not prove that the finished formula delivers a particular endurance or pump benefit.

100 mg Is Not Necessarily the Total Caffeine

The label lists 100 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 100 mg coffee-fruit extract, identified as Caffinity. The ingredient supplier describes Caffinity as 70% caffeine. If that specification applies to this 100 mg ingredient amount, it would contribute about 70 mg in addition to the 100 mg anhydrous, or about 170 mg combined. This is ingredient-specification arithmetic, not a stated or independently measured finished-product total. Confirm the exact formula and total with the manufacturer rather than treating the product as a 100 mg-caffeine serving.

Do Not Transfer Plant-Based Claims Between Products

Check all ingredients and the exact label if avoiding animal-derived ingredients matters to you. Bucked Up’s current Non-Stimulant formula lists deer antler velvet, so it should not be presented as a vegan equivalent simply because it has no caffeine. Follow each product’s own warnings and consider other caffeine sources.

The NIH exercise-supplement review explains why ingredient evidence and marketing language do not establish results from a particular finished blend.
