Is OxyShred a Pre-Workout?
EHPlabs positions OxyShred primarily as a thermogenic/fat-burner style product, although many users take it before training because versions contain stimulants and performance-oriented ingredients. That is different from assuming every thermogenic is a conventional pre-workout.
Which OxyShred Version?
This comparison concerns the original powder, currently listed as OxyShred Ultra Fat Burner. EHPlabs’ FAQ states 150 mg caffeine per measured scoop of original OxyShred. Hardcore, Non-Stim, gummies and ready-to-drink cans are separate products; do not transfer that figure between versions or assume every regional label matches.
The original product page lists a 2,003 mg Shredding Matrix, a 625 mg Immunity Booster & Prebiotic Complex and an 851 mg Mood Enhancer Matrix. Ingredients include acetyl-L-carnitine HCl, CLA, tyrosine, taurine and caffeine, but the matrix totals do not disclose each component’s amount. Check the container’s serving weight and warnings before comparing doses.
Thermogenic Does Not Replace a Calorie Deficit
No powdered supplement overrides energy balance. If fat loss is the goal, diet and activity remain the foundation.
Compare It With LFG Burn
LFG Burn is explicitly a thermogenic pre-workout. The Razzle Dazzle label provides 300 mg total caffeine, 3.2 g beta-alanine, 1.5 g Nitrosigine®, 250 mg MitoBurn® L-BAIBA, 200 mg AlphaSize® Alpha GPC 50%, 100 mg Mucuna pruriens extract (98% L-DOPA), 25 mg AstraGin®, 10 mg Paradoxine® and 200 mcg Huperzine A per 10.4 g scoop. The 200 mg AlphaSize amount is the 50% ingredient weight, equivalent to about 100 mg alpha-GPC.
LFG Burn has twice the caffeine stated for original OxyShred and discloses individual doses for the listed actives. That does not establish better fat-loss results or suitability. These are alternatives to compare, not a suggested stack; account for all caffeine and follow each product’s warnings.
